House, now two dwellings. c1770, subdivided and altered c1948.
Red brick with pantile roof and brick end stacks.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 4-window front with additional 2-storey bay
to left. Main front has right of centre 6-panel door with
glazed top panels in moulded timber doorcase with pulvinated
frieze and pediment. To left are two 6/6 unhorned sashes under
gauged skewback arches. To right is an inserted C20 6-panelled
door to No.8, with further right, a 6/6 unhorned sash under
gauged skewback arch. First floor has four flush-framed 6/6
unhorned sashes under gauged skewback arches. Moulded brick
modillioned eaves course. Left end bay has plank door,
top-hung window on first floor and plain parapet concealing
roof.
