GV II

House. Early C19 with C20 alterations. Red brick with
gault-brick front and wrought-iron balcony; hipped slate roof
with brick stacks on side roof slopes.
EXTERIOR: 2-storey 4-window front. Left of centre bay projects
as porch with 6-panel front door beneath geometric overlight
and gauged skewback arch. Above, first floor has glazed sun
room fitted with horned sashes with glazing bars in various
dispositions. Remaining windows are 6/6 unhorned sashes under
gauged skewback arches, those to right of porch on first floor
with cantilevered balcony.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
