House, now shop with accommodation over. c1800 or earlier.
Painted Flemish bond brick, rear elevation roughcast;
turnerised slate roof, gabled at ends; end stacks with brick
and rendered shafts. 2 rooms wide originally; ground floor
gutted for shop use.
EXTERIOR: 3 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window front with 3 first
and 3 second floor 4-pane horned sashes in earlier moulded
frames; flat brick arches over some windows have dropped. C20
timber shop front with windows on either side of a central
half-glazed shop door, the windows with segmental arched
heads. Rear elevation has small projection to left with rear
doorway under lean-to roof.
INTERIOR: not inspected but may retain features of interest.
