House with shop. Early C19; possibly a remodelling of an
earlier structure. Solid rendered walls, surprisingly thick on
front of ground storey. Slated roof. 2 red brick chimneys on
left side wall, possibly shared with No.18; one on right side
wall. 2 storeys. 2-window range. Round-arched doorway to
right; late C20 6-panelled door, early C19 fanlight with
radial bars. Late C20 shop front to left. Upper-storey windows
have slightly curved arches and barred sashes; 8 over 8 panes
to left, 6 over 6 panes to right. Moulded eaves board.
