House, now offices. Early C19. Solid rendered walls. Slated
roof. 3 storeys. 3-window range. Late C20 ground storey
designed for a bank. Upper-storey windows (only 2 in 3rd
storey) have barred sashes; 8 over 12 panes in 2nd storey, 8
over 8 panes in 3rd storey. Bracketed eaves cornice. INTERIOR
not inspected.
