House with shop. Mid C19 appearance; could be an updating of a
C18 house. Solid rendered front and right side walls. Red
brick left side wall. Slated roof. Red brick chimney on left
side wall, the top rebuilt in C20 red brick.
3 storeys. One window range. Ground storey has shop front to
right, house door to left, these flanked by pilasters
supporting an entablature. Shop front has a pair of C19
display windows canted in centre towards a recessed shop door;
latter is 4-panelled, the top 2 panels glazed. 6-panelled
house door. Second storey has a canted bay window with plain
sashes. 3rd-storey window of 3 lights, also with plain sashes.
Boxed eaves cornice. INTERIOR not inspected.
