House with later shop. Probably 1830s. Stuccoed; slate roof;
stacks not visible from front. Double depth plan, one room
wide.
3 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window range with deep eaves on
brackets and an eavesboard. C20 shop front with central
entrance and plate-glass windows; first-floor windows tall,
12-pane sashes, smaller 12-pane second floor sashes;
flat-roofed dormer.
INTERIOR: ground floor gutted for shop use with partition
between first and second floor removed. First and second floor
not inspected but said to be plain.
