House, now in use as offices. c1830. Brick with stone
dressings and heavy Welsh slate roof. 3 storeys, 3-window
range with central entrance in pedimented case. 12-pane sash
window to left, tripartite sash to right on each floor. String
course and sill-bands. Lower 2-storey block to right, with
12-pane sash windows with flat-arched gauged brick heads. End
wall stacks. Forms the return of Nos 22-34 The Crescent (qv).
