Town house with later former shop. C18. Painted brick front;
dry slate roof with front eaves broken by semi-dormered window
with pair of C20 4-pane horned sashes. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys plus attic floor; 2-window range. C20 12-pane horned
sashes. Ground floor has moulded fascia of former shop over 2
sashes and old 6-panel door on the right. Fire insurance
plaque above shop fascia.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of a significant group of C17 and C18 houses.
