Town house, now offices. Late C18 or early C19, probably a
remodelling of an older house. Stucco with plinth and
mid-floor bands. Dry slate roof with projecting eaves and C19
crested clay ridge tiles; rear stacks. Overall U-shaped plan
including rear wings.
3 storeys; symmetrical 2-window front with 2nd-floor windows
closer spaced. Early C19 16-pane sashes to 1st floor and
ground-floor right, otherwise later horned copies; central
moulded door frame and top-glazed and panelled door.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
Part of a significant group of C17 and C18 houses.
