Farmhouse and 3 attached cottages (including extra attached
item). Farmhouse probably C18, cottages possibly C17. Rendered
rubble; dry slate roofs laid to diminishing courses, hip to
left of farmhouse, roof of cottages (right) steeper and with
lower eaves; tall rendered end and axial stacks. Single-depth
plan plus wing at rear left of farmhouse.
2-storey farmhouse; single-storey cottages but with attics
mostly in roof space; farmhouse is 3-window range; cottages
1:2-window range with gabled dormers set over the eaves. Early
C19 windows: 16-pane hornless sashes to farmhouse, with some
horned copies, and to ground floor of cottages and dormers
with C19 16-pane 2-light casements. Farmhouse has central
porch with hipped roof and doorway to its left-hand return;
cottages have pair of doorways right of centre, the one on the
right with C20 gabled open porch; C20 glazed doors; doorway
left of left-hand cottage blocked.
