Walling to give the appearance of a ruined building
incorporating some reused masonry from a demolished mansion,
called Palace Court. C16 and C17 features, presumably built
into this wall c1880, the date when the mansion was
demolished. Plymouth limestone rubble walls containing two C17
granite 2-light chamfered mullioned windows and a C16 granite
4-centred arched moulded doorway with a 2-light overlight made
up from C17 chamfered fragments. Doorway is left of the front,
there is 1 window on the right and another to the left-hand
return.
