Warehouse on wharf. Probably C18. Stucco front with dressed Plymouth limestone piers flanking the centre bay; fairly steep dry slate hipped roof. Shallow-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-bay front with end pilasters. C20 windows and doors: 2-light 4-pane casements to upper floors; openings to ground floor left and right with segmental arches and with window to left and pair of glazed doors to right, also a later doorway with glazed door at far right. Central bay has former loading doorways above doorway and with a large rotatable iron hoist bracket with roundel bracing, to upper floor, hinged from right-hand pier. INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to retain original floor and roof structures.
