House. 1841. Stucco over brick with hipped slate roof; end and ridge stucco stacks with cornices; iron balconies.
EXTERIOR: three storeys with basement, three first floor windows. Stucco detailings includes tall pilasters to ends and between windows with recessed panels; banded rustication to ground floor drawn into voussoirs over windows; first floor band; tooled architraves, sills and cornices on brackets to first floor windows; cornice over first floor acts as sill band to second floor; wide eaves on brackets. 6/6 sashes except second floor has 3/6. Central entrance: flight of steps to two-columnar fluted Ionic porch with two outer Doric pillars, dentil frieze and dentil cornice; six-panel door with segmental fanlight. Similar three window left return; two window return to North Place with iron balconies to first floor.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
