Villa. c1820-30, shown on 1834 map. Brick with ashlar facade
and hipped slate roof with iron porches and window guards.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys, 3 and 1 first-floor windows. Range to
right stepped back. 6/6 sashes throughout in plain reveals and
with sills. Central entrance a part-glazed, 6-panel door with
fanlight. Blocking course has incised panels.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: porch has tent roof and lozenge motif to
uprights. Individual balconies have embellished rods.
