House now with shop and arcade entrance. C18 with later
alterations including much C20 work. Stuccoed. Plain tile roof
with some old tiles to rear roof-pitch of main range and to
wing.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 3 bays with gabled rear wing. Left-hand
section has boxed eaves; two C20 small-pane windows with
casements to 1st floor; on ground floor, 2 former shop fronts,
now to a single shop, each with bracketed awning box, deep
fascia, C20 plate glass window and entrance on right.
Right-hand bay has full-width window set under eaves, of 3
lights and 16 arched panes, and on ground floor full-width
arcade entrance.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
HISTORICAL NOTE: possibly a former rope makers' premises.
