Brewery warehouse, then blacksmith, now steel fabrication workshop. Early C19. Grey brick headers with red brick quoins and dressings. Welsh slate roof over left recessed part, roof on right concealed. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys. 5 bays (2/2/2/3/2). To right of centre of projecting part and on left of recessed part is a 2-leaf boarded door with a 5 pane overlight to right entrance, each set under a gauged brick segmental arch. To left of central entrance is a blinded segmental arched recess, further left are 2 and at far right one 4-pane fixed casements each set under gauged brick segmental arch. Doors and windows are flanked by brick pilaster strips running through first floor. Stone band to first floor, on far left within recessed part are 2 paired round-headed 19-pane casements with radial glazing. On left and right of projecting part is a paired round-headed blinded recess. At centre is a round-headed hatchway with hoist over and on side is a 29-pane round-headed casement with radial glazing. Each casement and recess and the hatchway is set under a gauged brick round arch with keystone, flanking brick pilasters with stone impost and base cap. The render and facing brickwork to parapet of right projecting part is missing.
