Whitened roughcast on sandstone; slate roof with old red tile
ridge and external stack at right end.
EXTERIOR: single storey and attic; 1-window front. Half-glazed
4-panel door approached by 6 steps. Replacement flush
casements with glazing bars, the upper window in a gabled half
dormer with coping and kneelers.
Dentilled band at first floor level.
INTERIOR: exposed beams and ceiling joists throughout ground
floor. Cottage staircase with winders. Boarded doors on strap
hinges. Exposed purlins in attic.
