Terrace of 4 cottages. c1830, altered. Coursed and squared
stone with slate roof.
EXTERIOR AND PLAN: 2 storeys, 4-window range, comprising 4
single unit, double pile plan dwellings. Porches added to
No.65 & 68, and doors and windows generally renewed in
original openings, with wedge lintels to windows, and plain
stone lintels to doorways. One surviving ridge chimney.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
The terrace forms part of the model village established by
Robert Gardner c1830 to serve his new Deane Mills complex.
