brick banding and ashlar dressings; decorative tile roof and
tall brick end and ridge stacks with cornices.

breaks forwards. Central entrance, pointed plank door with
double-chamfered head and arch of alternately-coloured
voussoirs. To left a 3-light, and to right a 4-light
mullion-and-transom window with cusped upper lights, ashlar

barge-boards and finials to gables. Left (garden) front has
rectangular bay and similar windows.
