Prefabricated bungalow of late C19 date.
MATERIALS: Wooden framed with corrugated iron cladding and shallow hipped corrugated iron roofs with ornate iron finials. Brick chimney stacks.
PLAN: Single storey. Rectangular plan with continuous verandah around all four sides supported on 4 wooden poles to each side all with brackets.
EXTERIOR: Entrance front has cenral doorway with half-glazed door flanked by single pairs of French windows. Left return has 3 sets of French windows, and right return has three 2-light casement windows with glazing bars. Rear has single casement window and an external brick stack.
HISTORY: This rare prefabricated bungalow was almost certainly manufactured by Boulton & Paul for the tropical Empire market.
