Row of 3 houses, 2 now shops. c1820-30. Brick, painted to 20,
with heavy slate roofs. Formerly comprising 3 double-pile
single-unit plan dwellings. 2 storeys, 3-window range. Doors
up steps with cast-iron step handrails, the entrance to Nos 16
& 18 paired. 15-pane sash windows with twelve pane sash at
first floor to No.16, C20 timber window in original openings
to No.18, small bow window to No.20, possibly original or an
early insertion. Glazing bar sashes above. End wall stacks.
