Single unit double-pile plan, 2-storeys with basement. Painted
brick with slate roof. Doorway to right up steps, and original
bow window to its left over small basement opening. Narrow
12-pane sash window above, with heavy wood surround.
Overhanging eaves carried on wrought-iron brackets. End wall
stack.
