Formerly known as: The Chapel GREESTONE PLACE.
Summerhouse. c1860. Brick and dressed stone, incorporating C11
and C12 carved stone fragments. Concrete slab roof. Chamfered
plinth, string course with masks and gargoyles, crenellated
parapet. Single storey, single bay.
Central round headed doorway with zigzag decoration and
hoodmould, and single shafts. On either side, a round headed
opening. Above, a crosslet, and a tablet with Latin
inscription. In each end, a round headed opening.
INTERIOR: openings have replica C11 shafts and heads. Niche
with fleurons around the head, and 2 mask stops.
