Well approximately 5 metres east of
No.2 (The Well House)

GV II

Well. C12, excavated c1982. Irregular shaft in natural rock,
approx. 4m across and 20m deep. On the north and south sides,
dressed stone round arches with voussoirs. Round opening with
dressed stone coping, topped with late C20 concrete and stone
surround.
