The Olde House

II

House. Mid C17, with C19 additions and alterations. Coursed
rubble and brick, with gabled and hipped pantile roofs with
single ridge and gable stacks. 3 brick buttresses to front,
brick coped gables. Single storey plus attics, 3 bays. L-plan.
East front has an off-centre door flanked to left by two
2-light sliding sashes, and to right by a C19 casement, all
with wooden lintels. Above, 3 raking through-eaves dormers
with plain sashes.
INTERIOR has chamfered spine beams.
