The Still Public House

GV II

Public house. Early C19. Gault brick with tiled roof and
rebuilt parapet.
EXTERIOR: 4-storey, 2-bay front with plinth, stone sill bands.
To the front 2 plain sashes to each floor, decreasing in size
above 1st floor, with flat wedge brick arches. The Still Lane
return, a pedimented doorcase with moulded shouldered surround
and dentilled cornice. At 1st floor level a bowed window and
ornamental sign bracket.
INTERIOR: not inspected.
