Cottage. C17 with C20 alterations. Mud and stud construction
partly cased in limewashed part-rendered brick, half-hipped
clay pantile roof with single rendered ridge stack. Lobby
entry plan.
EXTERIOIR: single storey with garret, 3-bay front, with
central C20 door and porch flanked by single C20 casements. In
the gable ends a single casement and garret light. Rear wall
retains 4 bays of mud and stud construction in very poor
eroded state.
INTERIOR: retains chamfered spine beam, and some exposed bay
posts, original butt purlin roof construction survives.
