Semi-detached house. Early C19 with later additions and
alterations. Painted brick with plain clay tile 2-span hipped
roof. Central stacks with oversailing detail and pots. Timber
door surround and canopy, timber bays to left return. Square,
double-depth plan with entrance hall and staircase at right.
2-storeys with basement. 2 first-floor windows. Brick
detailing includes dentilled eaves. 6/6 sashes to upper floor
in flush frames; ground floor has 2-pane fixed lights in plain
reveals; all with sills. 4-panel door, top pair recessed,
bottom pair flush-beaded; pane overlight; simple pilasters
with console brackets to moulded flat canopy. Left-return
elevation has 6/6 sashes to first-floor as per street
elevation; pair of canted bays to ground-floor, that to left
has French window with 4/4 sashes to returns; right bay has
4/4 sash with 4/4 to returns. Rear elevation has 6/6 sashes to
first-floor as other elevations. Altered service range with
C20 fenestration projects to left ground-floor; to right is
mullion and transom bay.
