House, now shop with offices. Mid C18, possibly with earlier origins and with later additions and alterations including stucco fronting probably early C19 and c1970s shop front to ground floor.

Stucco over brick with plain tile roof, gable end to street. Double depth plan. Three storeys, two first-floor windows. Quoins to angles. Second floor has 6/6 sashes; first floor has 6/1 sashes, all in plain reveals and with sills; all in plain reveals and with sills, with flat arches with raised keystones. Crowning stepped frieze and low, coped parapet. Ground floor has plate glass shop front and glazed door. Rear has two exposed collar beams.

INTERIOR: ground floor retains no original features or remains of the original plan, otherwise not inspected.
