Terrace of five houses, four houses with gap linked by high timber bridge over carriageway to Priory Place; terrace of flats and houses to Raby Way. Priory Place and Nos. 94-8 Raby Street (including no. 94a, 1978-9, the rest 1976-8, all by Ralph Erskine's Arkitektkontor; site architect Vernon Gracie; structural engineer, White, Young and Partners; main contractor for both phases, Shepherd Construction. Pale metric modular brick on timber frame, with weatherboarding to carriageway and projecting oriel. Low pitched blue metal roofs supported on plywood box beam purlins. Two storeys, save for Nos. 112-14 and Nos. 138-42 Raby Street are three storeys. Timber windows with aluminium opening lights; timber doors with glazed panel, some renewed in hardwood. Projecting oriel windows to no. 11 Priory Place and no. 94 Raby Street clad in brown weatherboarding. Raby Street with projecting green, dark blue and brown porches, no. 94a Raby Street reached up steps. Raby Street houses with brown and dark green eaves detailing. Nos. 112-14 with projecting first floor balconies of brown timber. Nos. 114-16 with bird boxes on end gables. Projecting brown balconies to first and second floors of Nos. 132-4. Metal covered hoods to Nos. 98 and 100; to 126-36; the rest with projecting porches. District heating transformer station attached to no.136. Nos. 138-42 are flats raised on stilts, with stores on ground floor to right. Interiors not inspected.
