Former tollhouse, later a shop, now offices, to the left end of a terrace. c1820-1830, altered C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, C20 hipped slate roof, no stacks.
PLAN: Three-unit plan on site which tapers to west end where curved corners are slightly recessed.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, symmetrical three window front. Platband over banded rustication to the ground floor, three/three pane sash windows to front and rear (on St Saviour¿s Road), of first floor and one to west end, to ground floor, those to front shop windows flanking central door. Rear has three first floor windows similar to those at front.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
