Telephone kiosks. c1935. By Sir Giles Gilbert Scott. Cast-iron. K6 or 'Jubilee kiosk' design of standard Post Office telephone box. Made by several manufacturers. Three sides of eight horizontal panes with margin glazing, one opening as door, rear wall solid for telephone fittings. Shallow dome over crown over `TELEPHONE' opal. Both boxes possess considerable group value.
