Detached house, now retirement home. Mid C19 with C20 additions.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roofs with wide eaves and moulded stacks, some with gabled tops.
PLAN: Irregular L-plan.
EXTERIOR: Two and three storeys, five window front. Pitched roofed left hand block two window range with three storey gabled turret to centre. Wide forward facing two storey gabled range to right of centre has pierced radial panels to semicircular opening to apex over cornice on consoles to C20 window. Set back two storey right hand range has six/six pane sash windows. Further C20 range to far right. Front of house spanned by late C20 glazed verandah.
