Detached house. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted, slate roof.
EXTERIOR: Main frontage is to the north, overlooking Magdalen Gardens, with a secondary facade to the west. North front is two storeys, five windows, all plain sashes, including canted first floor one:one:one window to bay four. The ground floor to the right is brought forward, in unpainted ashlar, and with decorative cresting, over panelled door with transom light, and one sash. Hipped roof, three stacks to the rear, parapet swept up at right hand end to return front, with two plain sashes to each floor, with sliding Venetian shutters; this front has lintel, frieze cornice, blocking course and parapet.
