Small detached house. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar facade, squared rubblestone to the rest, hipped pantile roof with moulded stacks to the left return and rear.
PLAN: Three-unit plan.
EXTERIOR: Symmetrical three-window range. Six/six-pane sash windows. those to the outer first floor windows with balconettes and sunblind boxes flanking a blind window with painted glazing bars. Coped parapet, cornice and ground floor platband to the front, steps up to a four-panel door under a swept hood. One six/six-pane sash window to the right return.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
