Row house and shop. Mid C19 refronting of early C19 house.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Narrow frontage house with mansard roof.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and attic, two windows, all plain sash to sills on square brackets, and paired sash flat roofed dormer. Ground floor has full width shopfront with glazed door and transom light to left, three-light shop window with narrow timber mullions and ashlar stallriser. Moulded cornice, shallow blocking course and parapet set very slightly lower than to adjoining No.14 (qv), coped gables. Rear has C20 dormer above plain sashes, and door to bridge at first floor.
