Four terrace houses. c1820 with C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Painted limestone ashlar, roofs unseen, stacks to party walls.
PLAN: Double depth plans.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, each house has single window range. Nos 1-3 block with continuous coped parapet and coved cornice which step forward over four wide plain pilasters with raised bands near tops, flanking whole block and first floor of central house that rest on ground floor string course. C20 doors with overlights to left of each house, six/six pane sash windows, those to ground floor of Nos 1 and 3 have margin panes. No.4, to left, has stepped downhill with pilaster to left quoin, C20 horned six/six pane sash windows, (portions suggest formerly with margin panes) C20 door and overlight to right.
INTERIORS: Not inspected, except No. 3 inspected by Bath Council 1986. Ground floor room has vertical beaded boarded wainscoting, two pairs of cupboards to rear. Original hob grate in front bedroom.
