Terrace house, now flats. c1775 converted C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, Render to basement, ashlar and rubble to rear; double pile parapeted mansard roof, double Romans to front and rear, with coped party wall with two ashlar stacks with some early clay pots to left. Staircase to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, attic and basement; three window front. First floor has three two/two sashes in splayed reveals with lowered stone sills, with floating cornices over, that to centre on moulded console brackets and with centre altered to form pediment over tablet with incised lettering M c K. Second floor has three six/six sashes in chamfered ovolo moulded architraves with stone sills. Ground floor has to left two plate glass horned sashes in splayed reveals with stone sills, to right eight panel door with fielded panels in enriched pedimented Doric doorcase; one step to concrete-coated crossover. Basement has C20 window and C20 glazed door. Double dormer with plate glass sashes. Band course over ground floor; fluted frieze, modillion eaves cornice and coped parapet. Rear elevation partially visible has six/six sashes to first half-landing and first floor, plate glass horned sashes above.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached wrought iron railings with foliate heads on limestone bases.
