House. c1780.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar with concrete tile roof.
PLAN: Double depth plan with right hand entrance.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys attic and basement, three bays wide. Ground floor has two plain plate glass sashes in splayed reveals. Six panel door with enriched pedimented Doric doorcase. Platband at first floor level. First floor has three nine/nine sashes with dropped sills and wrought iron balconettes. Second floor has three plain plate glass sashes in moulded architraves. Cornice, parapet, mansard roof with double flat topped dormer, plain sashes, rubble and ashlar stack to left with pots. Basement area has wrought iron railings, bridge to front door, two plain plate glass sashes. Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
