Terrace houses. c1825 (No. 29 was first leased 11th February 1825).
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, Nos 28 and 29 are painted, Welsh slate roofs.
PLAN: Single depth plan with rear extensions, and doorways on left.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two windows each. Plain plate glass sashes except for No.29 which has six/six-pane sashes. Sill band to second floor continuous with cornice of No.26 and may indicate that second floor was added to these three houses. Cornice, parapet, plain roof, ashlar stack with pots to right of each.
No.27 has solid ashlar porch with late C20 door and window.
No.28 has small open porch.
No.29 has plain recessed doorway.
Rear elevation not seen.
