House, now flats. c1760-1770, raised in C19, restored 1994.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar to front, ashlar and rubble to rear; double pile parapeted roof, covering not visible, has coped party walls to left and right, to left with two ashlar stacks with some early clay pots to front.
EXTERIOR: Four storeys and basement; two window front. First floor has plate glass horned sash to left, six/six sash to right, in splayed reveals with wrought iron balconettes. Second floor has two/two sash to left, six/six sash to right, in splayed reveals with stone sills. Third floor has two light timber casement to left, six/six sash to right, in splayed reveals with stone sills. Ground floor has to left two/two horned sash in similar reveal, to right six panel door with flush beaded fielded and glazed panels in pedimented Doric porch over crossover with three Pennant steps with C19 cast iron footscraper. Basement has plate glass sash in plain reveal with stone sill, plank door with overlight under crossover. Band course over ground floor; sill band to first floor; bracketed former eaves cornice over second floor and eaves cornice and coped parapet continuous with No.29 Belvedere (qv). Rear elevation has horned plate glass and glazing bar sashes and casements to upper floor to first floor and second floor with continuous wrought iron balconettes; four/four and six/six sashes to Venetian window to ground floor.
INTERIOR: Not inspected; Staircase to front.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: Attached wrought iron railings and gate with shaped heads on painted limestone bases.
