Shop with accommodation over. c1800 with c1900 and C20 alterations.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar now painted to front, narrow return facade to right and to rear; parapeted hipped roof as lean-to against No.34 Belvedere (qv), Welsh Slate to front, double Romans tiles to left side, has ashlar stack with some early clay pots at apex of roof to right, brick stack rising from rear wall to right.
PLAN: Large C20 single storey extension to rear.
EXTERIOR: Three storey single window front. First floor has six/six horned sash in plain reveals with stone sill on console brackets with wrought iron balconette with floating cornice on console brackets over. Second floor has similar sash without cornice. Ground floor has timber shop front c1900 with two light plate glass window to right, half-glazed door with single pane overlight recessed to left, frieze and moulded cornice over. Frieze, moulded eaves cornice, and coped parapet. Narrow return to right side, has three pane window in plain reveal with stone sill on console brackets to first floor. Rear elevation partially visible has four/four and plate glass sashes, to second floor with wrought iron balconettes.
