Boum tomb, 20m west of former St Mark's Church
GV II
Chest tomb. c1852. Pennant stone. Chest tomb standing free of plinth on small corner feet. Base separated by groove from chest with sunk inscription panels. Heavy coped lid slab. Incised inscription to Jane Boum, died 1852, and her six children of whom the eldest survived to 15 months. The first-born was Frederick, who died in 1835, but this tomb was probably only erected after his mother's decease.
