Formerly known as: No.1 LONDON ROAD. House between warehouse to right and No.1 Thomas Street to left (qv), with which it forms one development. Early C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, Welsh slate roof unseen from street except for tall moulded stack to rear right.
PLAN: double depth plan.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys, two-window range. Right return of No.1 Thomas Street has single window and forms apparently symmetrical three-window facade in Long Acre. Coped cornice, parapet, lintel frieze and ground floor platband are returned into Thomas Street, plinth. Margin-paned sash windows, four/four panes to left of upper floors over six-panel door and margin paned overlight, six/six-panes to right hand range, that to first floor has balconette.
