GV II

Irregular terrace house, now shop, set back and lower than adjacent buildings. Probably H.E. Goodridge, c1827-30 (lease dated 8th October 1831) altered late C20.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, roof unseen with small dormer and moulded stack to right party wall.
PLAN: Double depth.
EXTERIOR: Three storeys and attic, symmetrical two window front. Coped parapet, cornice, four/four pane sash window to second floor, horizontal glazing bars to horned two/two pane sashes with cornices on consoles and low balconettes to first floor, four panel door with narrow overlight to left of C20 shopfront flanked by banded pilasters.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
HISTORY: Part of Goodridge's development of Cleveland Place and Bridge, for the Bathwick Estate.
