Pair of houses in row. Mid C19.
MATERIALS: Limestone ashlar, painted to No.52, Roman tile roof.
PLAN: Range has hipped roof with central coped verge, and lower hipped end to right, part slightly overlaps frontage of adjoining set back No.48 (qv).
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, plain sashes. No.50 has two+one, with centred early fielded panel door incorporating horizontal glazed panel. No.52 has two/one replacement sashes, and panelled door in deep reveals, left. Central ashlar stack.
INTERIORS: Not inspected. Included for group value.
