Row house, with post office. Early to mid C19.
MATERIALS: Painted ashlar, slate roof.
PLAN: Compact square block backs directly on north end of Byfield Buildings (qv).
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, two twelve-pane sashes above small pilaster shop display windows offset to left with, far left, glazed door in deep reveals. Slight cornice, blocking course, and parapet returned to hipped roof. East return has two large sixteen-pane sashes above central twelve-pane, and west return single twelve-pane at first floor.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
