Pair of houses. Early/mid C19.
MATERIALS: Painted render, pantiled roof.
PLAN: Pair of double depth cottages, both with left hand entrances.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys, two bays each. Ground floor has door to left, that of No.1 modern part glazed one, while No.2 has original four panel door with rectangular light over. Six/six sash with louvered shutters. No.2 has later C19 small shopfront in addition. First floor has continuous verandah balcony under main roof. Timber trellis front and balustraded rail. No.1 has part glazed door similar to ground floor but over window. No.2 has door and six/six sash. Plain roof projecting forward over balcony. Rear elevation not seen.
