House in informal terrace. Late C18/early C19 (first rating in street in 1794).
MATERIALS: Painted Bath limestone ashlar, Welsh slate roof.
PLAN: Double fronted double depth house with central entry.
EXTERIOR: Two storeys and attic, three-bays. First floor platband, parapet string. Windows are late C19 four/four sashes without architraves. Six-panel door with top two glazed, C20 gabled porch with double glazed doors. Parapet. Mansard roof with eight/eight sashes in flat-topped dormers. Shared ashlar and render stacks with pots at either end of ridge.
Rear elevation not seen.
INTERIOR: Not inspected.
